Looks like the Automotive paparazzi have scored again! Motorauthority.com photographers caught a prototype of the next-generation 2015 Mustang in what looks like GT350 or GT500 livery. We have heard from different sources that Ford will drop the Shelby name for the 2015 model but it is still unclear - who knows they may even revitalize the SVT team and bring back the Cobra and dont forget the Mach 1 moniker, we are excited for any of these great 3 badges. From the spy shots, we can see that the new car has wider 295/35 19-inch tires, hinting at increased power output. The hood appears to have a an inlet for a top mount intercooler, hinting at forced induction of some sort--though it's not yet clear if that means turbocharging or supercharging--though previous reports have suggested normal aspiration is still a possibility. The car took to the cold & snowy streets of Dearborn this morning with much less camouflage than the previous prototype 2015 Mustang GT's that were chased around the city & country side for months last year.
