Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM EST.

  • Note: All warranty submissions for defective / damaged products MUST be accompanied with PHOTOS that show the issue:
  • ALL approved warranty parts shipped to customers outside the USA (CANADA - EUROPE, ETC) - will invoiced by BBK as warranty replacements / no charge. Some countries will impose duties and tariffs on these warranty parts. You will be responsible to pay for these charges  - they are enforced by the governments, not us and cannot be waived.
