Ford Mustang GT Fuel Pump Installation Video

Chances are if you own a 86-96 Ford Mustang long enough, you’re going to eventually need to replace the fuel pump. Wether that replacement is because of a failure, or hopefully due to the increased demand for more fuel because of performance upgrades, replacing a fuel pump is almost a right of passage for many Mustang owners. In this BBK Performance video they show you some of the useful tips and tricks of how to do the installation, its not too difficult if you can commandeer a friend to help lower the tank and be sure to drain the tank before attempting this.
Only special tool you really need is a cheap fuel line disconnect tool that sell for a couple of bucks at any auto part store. We can tell you that depending on the age and condition of the car that replacing the pump is anywhere from a two-hour to an all-day job.
