From adjustable fuel regulators, high flow fuel rails and an assortment of replacement high volume in tank & in line performance fuel pumps. Our “Power-Plus Series” performance fuel system products are available for both street & track performance.

Available for many popular modern day muscle cars such as the Ford Mustang, Chevy Camaro/Corvette & Dodge Challenger/Charger models, BBK high volume replacement pumps can also be found for many Ford, GM, Dodge & Jeep truck applications. As with all BBK performance products, each of our fuel system components is built here in the USA on our state of the art CNC machining centers using a host of high quality components to ensure a perfect fit for everyday driving or to hold up under the pressure of weekend racing. Our popular adjustable fuel regulators & high flow aluminum fuel rails feature a beautiful anodized finish to not only hold up to the elements but also improve under hood looks. PERFORMANCE FUEL PUMPS

BBK has been offering a full line of high-volume performance fuel pump kits since the late 1980’s with a variety of vehicle applications available. These fuel pumps are designed as direct replacements for the OEM in-tank units - making installation straight forward and easy as modifications or other hardware is not required. Current offerings are available for a variety of popular Dodge, Ford, GM & Jeep models with new versions being added all the time.

ADJUSTABLE FUEL PRESSURE REGULATORS

Engineered with only the highest quality designs & components, each BBK adjustable fuel regulator is designed to increase performance by tuning fuel pressure requirements based-on other upgrades performed. Built from fully CNC-machined billet 6061 aluminum alloy, each BBK fuel regulator is anodized for great looks and maximum quality. Internal components are all top-grade to ensure precise operation & maximum performance.

PERFORMANCE MASS AIR METERS

When computer-controlled fuel-injected vehicles became the mainstay in the late 1980’s – our engineers were first to realize the gains available by increasing flow over the restrictive factory mass air meter equipped models. Each unit is fully CNC-machined from 356 or 6061 aluminum for maximum performance & quality and designed as a direct bolt-on for the stock unit. In fact, on popular units for the Ford Mustang – a variety of specific calibrations are available for various popular fuel injector versions.

HIGH-FLOW FUEL RAILS

As one of the leaders in performance upgrades for various Dodge, Ford, GM & Jeep models – BBK has been busy since 1988 bringing new innovative products to the masses. One of these popular categories is our popular High-Flow Fuel Rail Kits – each being designed as a direct bolt-on which means each kit comes with everything required to install. Each BBK High-Flow Fuel Rail kit is built from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy and anodized in a beautiful finish for your favorite application. By increasing the amount of overall flow these fuel rails perform as well as they look.

Is a custom tune required?

As with all BBK performance products – each is engineered to work with a factory tune making installation a breeze and keeping costs down. On certain products a custom tune can further enhance performance by tweaking fuel & timing mapping depending on your specific vehicle and group of upgrades performed.
