NOTICE TO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:

Due to California regulations and the current EPA and CARB laws set within on the automotive industry, BBK Performance is unable to recommend, sale, and/or ship NON CARB/EO APPROVED products to California residents and addresses. 

The purchase and/or installation of emissions related aftermarket parts on vehicles is prohibited by California law unless deemed as a "replacement part" as defined by California statute, or is specifically authorized use of that part as reflected in an executive order part and assigned an EO Part Number.

What is CARB Exempt?

Exempted parts are add-on or modified parts that have undergone a CARB engineering evaluation. If the part or modification is shown to not increase vehicle emissions, it is granted an exemption to emission control system anti-tampering laws. 

Fortunately, BBK sells many 50-State Legal CARB approved products that still provide more power and sound for your performance applications. These products are given an EO Part Number rendering them lawful in California and other states where CARB laws are enforced. Each of our CARB approved products have an EO Decal available for smog and emissions testing.

CARB/EO PART DECAL REQUEST FORM

To comply with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) BBK offers CARB/EO SMOG decals for ALL BBK products that have been approved for use in California and other states with emissions control standards. Most BBK throttle bodies, intakes, and exhaust products have been submitted for testing and were approved to receive legal exemption under California law. In order to adhere to state laws and be in compliance, a CARB/EO exempt decal must be displayed on the vehicle with BBK parts installed. We recommend this decal is placed under the hood next to any other emissions decals for easy viewing by inspectors.

DO NOT put the decal on the actual BBK parts - They should be placed under the hood close to OEM Emissions Information.
