Please allow a period of up to 12 hours for a response to emails. Emails are answered in the sequence they are received. In the event of a weekend or holiday, the response will come the next business day.
PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS
Products bought from BBK Performance directly have a 30 DAY return or refund policy from date of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the original sellable condition. Upon receiving your order, please open and inspect all contents. Any damages, incorrectly packaged parts, or missing components MUST be reported to BBK Performance within 48 hours of receiving to be honored. BBK Performance will take the necessary steps within reason to correct any issues associated with orders that arrive damaged or have missing parts.
At our discretion, a 10% restocking fee may be applied against your total refund amount for any non-defective returned items purchased directly from BBK Performance. This includes products customers may have purchased in error.
Returns are processed and credited back to the customer using the original payment method within 3-5 days upon the receipt of goods. Please NOTE: All returns for refund must be shipped back to BBK prepaid via ground shipping. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY – NO SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE REFUNDED.

All BBK Performance parts are backed by a 1-YEAR manufacturer’s warranty from the original date of purchase. An optional extended warranty is also available - giving you an additional 2 or 3 years from original date of purchase. Costs for the extended warranty option can be viewed when the item is added to your cart. The manufacturer’s warranty is based on normal use and installation of each product.
All products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines to be eligible for a warranty. Common examples (but not limited to) of improper use and instances which would void the warranty terms:
- Bent throttle body blade caused by a nitrous backfire.
- The seal has been broken on throttle body electronics.
- Header wrap was used and caused the titanium or polished ceramic finish to capture moisture & fail.
- The product has been modified in any way.
- A catalytic converter has failed due to improper air / fuel ratios.
Shipping costs are not covered for product warranties – however after inspection or repair of a warranty item, ground FedEx shipping at no charge will be included to send your repaired or replacement item back to your location.
Labor costs are not covered by the terms of warranty.
After speaking with our customer service team, if a warranty is to be processed, a link will be sent via email with a questionnaire form to be completed and sent back with a copy of the original proof of purchase.
